Introduction
Anne Whiting called the meeting to order at 1:35 p.m.
Peter Vincent made a motion to accept the 12.6.22 MVTV Board Meeting minutes. Richard Knabel seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.

Executive Director’s Report
Stephen Warriner spoke about the front desk position needing to be filled. Michelle Vivian has two high school students working as interns at the station. Ann Bassett will be starting the monthly MVTV newsletter again. Stephen Warriner spoke about the new MVTV website being launched; working great.
Steve Warriner and Richard Knabel had a discussion about the MVTV preliminary 2023 budget.
Peter Vincent made a motion to accept the 2023 MVTV Preliminary Budget. Richard Knabel seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.

The MVTV Board had a discussion about building employee housing on the current MVTV property and current savings that MVTV has in the bank.
Peter Vincent made a motion to put up to one million dollars in a treasury’s account at the discretion of the MVTV Treasurer. Ann Bassett seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.

Chairman’s Report
Anne Whiting presented the MVTV Annual Letter to the towns to the MVTV Board.
Peter Vincent made a motion to approve the MVTV Annual Letter to the towns. Allen Look seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.
